Possible ACS

Symptoms of ACS present (chest, arm, or jaw pain; shortness of breath; dizziness; nausea; or sweating) or assessing clinician considering ACS as a possible diagnosis, and initial diagnostic workup includes both an ECG and troponin measurement.
